Sacred 7 Mushroom Chocolate Mousse

Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder chocolate mousse in glass bowl on table
  • Servings: 1 bowl

  • Prep time: 5 minutes

  • Total time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk or cream (refrigerated)

  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp of sweetener of choice (more to taste)

  • 1 tbsp of Sacred 7 Mushroom Powder

Instructions

  1. Take the solid cream from the coconut milk can and add to a small mixing bowl with the cocoa power, sweetener of choice, and Sacred 7 Mushroom Powder.

  2. Mix with an electric mixer until the mousse is smooth and reaches a whipped texture. Taste test here to decide if you want to adjust the sweeteners or add any additional mix-ins.

  3. Place the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer. It’ll thicken into a mousse-like texture. Scoop and serve!

Recipe Substitutions

  • Swap in refrigerated cream for coconut milk if you prefer dairy.

  • Choose your sweetener of choice! I’ve been hooked on date syrup lately because it reminds me of pancakes. I cannot explain it.

  • Add-ins are the best part of this! Sometimes I toss in dark chocolate chips, add a touch of vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt on top.

  • Our chocolate mushroom mousse recipe is surprisingly forgiving and flexible. Swirl cream cheese or peanut butter throughout, top with whipped cream and white chocolate syrup, or go crunchy with cashews or pistachios.
