Marinated Heirloom Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder
  • 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh basil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of chopped heirloom tomatoes
  • Optional:
    • Sourdough bread
    • 1 garlic clove
    • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Whisk olive oil, Sacred 7 Mushroom Extract Powder, red wine vinegar, chopped basil, and salt to taste together. Toss with heirloom tomatoes and let marinate for at least 20 minutes. 
  2. If serving on toast, toast the sourdough bread and rub a garlic clove over the surface until there is a light, even coating. Top with tomato pieces, torn mozzarella, and garnish with more basil. Spoon tomato juice mixture over top.
